As Registered Manager, you will take a lead in shaping the future of the Residential Home. You will promote the person centred values of the organisation, choice and well being amongst the people you support. You will ensure the service meets both company and OFSTED requirements, pro-actively lead and manage your team and maximise the outcomes for the people living within your service.

We are looking for a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent ability to prioritise their workload.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and have experience managing a Children and Young People's residential service. A Full UK Driving License is essential.

This is a full time salary of £34,000-£36,000 working Monday-Friday, plus excellent benefits and opportunities.
