We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to develop and oversee a brand new, three bedded home for Young People with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties, within the Fort William area.
You will be working for a childcare organisation providing care, education and therapy services to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives resulting in emotional behavioural difficulties and requiring a high level of intervention.
As a Registered Manager you will be making a huge difference to lives of children with disabilities and those who have suffered trauma and abuse. Your duties will be to promote and actively encourage the delivery of a safe, structured and nurturing environment. Ensure that staff are aware of the individual needs of all young people and deliver the support required to ensure life chance opportunities and positive holistic development. You will work in collaboration with Human Resources to manage all employee relations within the home, in line with current employment legislation and the company's policies and procedures. You will also work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve an Outstanding Children's Home.
You will be working with a like-minded passionate team, who are keen to support and develop everyone to thrive and achieve their ambitions. The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent and have relevant managing experience, ideally within a residential setting.
This is a full time position with a salary of up to £38,500 in addition to excellent benefits and professional development within the company.
