An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to manage a new service for Children and Young People.

Working for an established organisation that provides specialist care to Children and Young People in a safe and nurturing environment.

As Registered Manager you will manage a single occupancy home for a child with emotional behavioural difficulties, ensuring they receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will effectively manage rotas and supervisions for a team of 8 staff, manage budgets and finances and liaise with social workers, families and external support services.

You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports.

You must have a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or the willingness to work towards it and have previous experience working as a Manager or Deputy Manager within a Children and Young People`s Residential service. Car drivers are essential.

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday with a excellent starting salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus exciting benefits.
