Registered Manager - Children's Home (LD)
£35,000-£40,000 plus up to £7500 OTE

BS Social Care have been tasked by a country renowned children's home provider to find an experienced and driven registered manager to continue providing leading care at a home thanks has won recent praise from Ofsted.

Working for an established organisation, you will be providing support to Children and Young People who have some additional and complex needs.

Your responsibilities will be managing the staff team in day-to-day running of the home, providing emotional care and support to the young person and encourage their social and intellectual development, and of course, providing a safe and secure environment for the young people to thrive in.

Your leadership and communication skills will be excellent to drive a cohesive, organised team who are able to interact with family and other professionals to again provide the best, most rounded care to the young residents.

You will hold relevant level 5 qualifications and have experience in managing similar services. You must hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own car.

This is a full-time position with an excellent salary of up to £40k, on target earning bonuses plus opportunities for training, qualification and professional development.
