Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage, lead and oversee a Residential Home for Children and Young People with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviours.

As Registered Manager your responsibilities will include ensuring the Children and Young People receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will effectively manage rotas and supervisions for your team, manage budgets and finances and liaise with social workers, families and external support services.

You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports.

You must have a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Leadership and management, have previous experience as a Manager within a Children and Young People`s residential service. You must hold a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9-5 with a salary of up to £40,000 plus exciting benefits and ongoing training and development.
