Job Description

We are currently working with a leading, well regarded care provider of children's & young people residential and educational settings throughout the UK.

We are looking for an established Manager - who has a proven background in managing a residential home with either a current or previous Good or Outstanding OFSTED report. You will need to be competent in the delivery of person-centred care in line with OFSTED and company policies & procedures.

This role involves caring for and supporting Children & Young People, through your management and care team, with EBS, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
This role is within an established home, with a strong team and they now need leadership, direction, and support from the incoming Manager.

Offering a salary in the region of £45,000 + £5,000 "Golden Handshake"
