BS Social Care are looking for Experience Registered Children`s managers to join exciting new company. Our client has a commitment to developing their staff through on-going training and learning. You will always be provided with the support and resources required to manage your delegated services.

You will manage a 4 bedded home for Children and Young People with EBD. You will have 12 Months experience working with Children and Young people in a management role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Emotional Behavioural Disorder. You will have experience managing a Home rated good from Ofsted. Implementing new processes to improve working environments and care for service users. You will also have experience with staff management, staff training and managing small budgets.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, hard working individual with the ability to work on their own initiative. You will be able to motivate staff and deal with any conflicts that may arise. You should have a proven track record for improving standards and maintaining good Ofsted regulations.

Requirements:
- Experience in Children`s Residential Management
- NVQ level 4/5 in Management + NVQ level 3 in C+YP
- Driver is desirable
- Flexibility for On-call work


For your skills and experience you will receive an annual salary of £34,000 - £38,000 + Bonus structure for good Ofsted ratings
