Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a registered manager to join a leading national charity who specialise in the delivery of care and support for clients with Autism.

As registered manager, you will oversee a handful of services, including supported living and outreach services for adults with autism and behaviours which may prove challenging.

Employed on a full time basis, you will responsible for services throughout the Northamptonshire region.

Leading by example, you will be a pro-active manager who is truly passionate about the delivery of person centred care and support and shares this ethos with their staff team.

Managing a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with external agencies and marketing the services effectively to secure and maintain full occupancy is essential in your role as manager.

You will have full responsibility for ensuring your services are compliant with both company and CQC guidelines, as well as effective budget management and ensuring the individual needs of the people you support are met by your staff team and service.

This is a perfect opportunity for a highly PERSON CENTRED manager who has strong values, is passionate about care and has great leadership and mentoring skills.

I am looking for applications from established registered managers who can demonstrate a proven background managing supported living services for adults with autism and complex behaviours.

You will hold a relevant care management qualification and have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have flexibility to share the 'on call' rota.

In return for you extensive knowledge, skills and experience, you will receive a generous annual salary up to £35000 per annum, on going training and development and other exciting benefits.
