Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

The employer are a well established care provider that have a mix of services that support older people. They have a small network of domiciliary care provision and are looking to expand the side of their business in the next 3 - 5 years.

The registered manager will be responsible for managing the care hours and care managers to manage the staff team and ensure that all shifts are covered. Ensure that the branch is compliant with CQC, training and development is being offered for all care workers.

You will be able to this area and be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.

RMA/level 4 - previous registration with CQC
