I am working in partnership with a homely, established and person centred residential service in the Dudley area. They are seeking an established, professional and knowledgeable registered manager to continue the excellent day to day running of this setting and mentor, coach and develop the staff team.
Already a competent established registered manager, you will be skilled in increasing and maintaining occupancy, managing referrals and ensuring person centred care and support is delivered in line with both company and CQC guidelines. Furthermore, you will have an extensive understanding of infection and prevention control and a detailed knowledge of relevant medication protocols. Quality assurance, excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accurate report writing is essential.
You will be a hands-on manager who leads by example and has a really strong relationship with the people you support and their families. Your experience and passion will inspire others to deliver top quality care and support and will be recognised by CQC and visitors to the service.
To apply for this role, you will hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent, have previously held registration with CQC, and have a detailed understanding of all CQC policies and procedures. You will currently be managing or most recently management a "GOOD" or "OUTSTANDING" rated service for older adults.
