Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager to deliver high quality care for well established organisation.
The job holder will actively motivate and lead their team, ensuring full compliance with all CQC regulations/guidance whilst aiming for Good/Outstanding ratings when inspected.

You will have full clinical and commercial responsibility for the home, maximising occupancy and ensuring that the home demonstrates a friendly and welcoming approach towards the people entrusted to our care, their families, and other stakeholders.

You will supervise all aspects of catering, ensuring that required standards of food hygiene are maintained and that the dietary needs of people we care for are met.

You will have to ensure that their home is cleaned, heated, and maintained in line with relevance Care and Environmental Health regulations/guidance.

You will be responsible to set up and manage a quality management system that evaluates services provided by their home on a regular, planned basis. To use feedback, data, information, etc. generated by the system to continually improve service delivery quality in an innovative, sector leading manner

You will be working close with Directors in the management of, and the company's response to, complaints, CQC inspection findings, Safeguarding queries/investigations, and enquiries from other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include to generate all notifications in relation to accidents suffered by residents, staff or visitors in line with the requirements of R.I.D.D.O.R., CQC, Local Authorities, and other relevant bodies as required.

The right candidate has:
An existing Care Home Registered Manager in a similar service who has experienced at least two CQC inspections as a Registered Manager in the last five years
The individual will have achieved a Good/Outstanding CQC rating in their last CQC inspection.
Commissioning experience.
Strong leader of people, demonstrably able to coach, inspire and release the potential of their team members.
Forward thinking approach, continually striving to improve the standard of care provided with the confidence to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualified at either NVQ Lv4 in a directly relevant qualification or holding a Lv5 Health & Social Care Diploma.
Full driving licence
Ability to travel a reasonable distance on company business
