I am looking for a hands-on, inspirational registered manager to lead a warm and welcoming residential home for older adults in South Birmingham.
My client is a modern, care focused provider who is committed to ensuring the lives of the people who reside in their service are fulfilling and dignified.
Employed on a full time basis, you will manage an established team of support staff and maintain an environment that is safe and homely.
Care and support planning, staff supervisions, auditing and liaising with external agencies and visitors to the home will form part of your job role.
You will be an excellent advocate for your service, delivering against CQC requirements and maintaining occupancy through positive marketing and referrals.
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Demonstrate a proven background within the elderly care field at management level
* Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
* Have excellent communication and computer literacy skills
* Be competent in all elements of CQC, safeguarding and DoLs
