** From £25 000 up to £30 000 + depending on experience**
** 2 years' experience in the same setting required**
** NVQ level4 Children and Young People / Willing to undertake level 5**


BS Social Care is currently working alongside a company that provides Semi Independent Living services for 16-year old whom they assist with essential skills that are necessary for independent living. The organisation focuses on providing Supported Tenancy (Outreach), Floating Support, Solo Provision and Emergency Placement. They are currently an approved provider by various councils which include Northamptonshire County, Derby City, Nottinghamshire County and Cambridgeshire County Council.

The company provides suitable accommodation with a support packages which they tailor to meet each young person as an individual to best support their specific needs as they transition to living independently. The company does this by identifying their specific needs according to their Individual Profile, Pathway Plan and utilisation of suitably qualified Key Workers whose aim is to holistically achieve outcomes which may include the following:

o Good physical/emotional/mental/sexual health
o Living in a physically safe, environment
o Access to employment, training, or education
o Participation in the local community
o Develop independence and money management skills
o Move to own accommodation


We are looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Registered Manager to drive the residence in Kettering (Northamptonshire), and overall company goals forward, whilst maintaining a high level of care and compassion. You will need to have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position. You will be encouraging independence throughout the service and be a positive role model to not only the residents but your team too.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day- to-day management of the service, ensuring our continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with the Service Manager you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9-5 with on call shifts
Minimum Qualifications: - NVQ Level 4 working with Children is Required
Licence: Driver`s required and car owner required
