An exciting opportunity has become available for a competent, compassionate and person centred registered manager to oversee the day to day management of two residential services for adults with learning disabilities in the Birmingham area.

You will join an established and successful provider of residential care and support and be responsible for continued success with CQC and recognition from the local community.

The two homes are in close proximity within the Birmingham area, and as the manager, you will hold registration with CQC for both settings.

You will be responsible for all elements of quality and compliance, person centred planning and support, staff recruitment, training and retention, and maintaining an environment which is homely, comfortable and safe for the people you support.

To be considered for this outstanding role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background within residential care for adults with learning disabilities and have experience of managing similar settings.

A formal care management qualification, flexibility to share the on call rota and excellent CQC knowledge and experience are essential to be considered for this managerial vacancy.

Your superior knowledge, experience and qualification will be rewarded with a salary circa £36000 per annum as well as additional benefits.
