Job Title: Registered Manager (Learning disabilities/Residential Care)
Location: Burton-Upon-Trent
Salary: Up to £37500
Hours: Full time with on call requirement
The client:
I am seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate REGISTERED Manager to oversee a good rated residential setting for adults with learning disabilities in the Burton-Upon-Trent area.
The Job:
Employed on a full-time basis, you will hold registration with CQC. You will also be supported by a the company directors, a business development lead and a senior regional manager.
Key Responsibilities and duties will include:
" All elements of service management for the residential settings
" Holding registration with CQC
" Referral management
" Delivering the highest quality of person-centred care, which supports choice, independence, and dignity
" Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and management
" Care and support planning, internal audits, and management of all relevant documentation
" Safeguarding management
" Liaising with external agencies and healthcare professionals
" Shared on call responsibilities
Skills & Experience requirements:
" Proven CQC registered manager experience and success in RESIDENTIAL CARE services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours
" Significant background supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD and complex needs/behaviours
" Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
" Demonstrate a strong job history in CQC settings that identifies personal and professional development
" Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
