I have a unique and exciting opportunity available for a skilled, driven and passionate registered manager to open and put their stamp on a new residential service for adults with learning disabilities and/or a mental health diagnosis in the Birmingham area.

You will be supported by a team of directors who have a proven background in the care sector and are eager to see their new service succeed and provide the highest quality of care possible for the people who they support.

You will be required to register with CQC and play a key role in every step of the development of this service. You will manage referrals, implement policies and procedures, recruit a competent, compassionate and person-centred team and liaise confidently and effectively with external agencies to ensure your service is the service of choice for new referrals within the local area.

I am looking for a care focused individual who can deliver in the areas of business and strategic management, but, who still has the needs of the people they support at the forefront of everything they do.

To be considered for the exciting role, you MUST:
* Have experience within a management capacity for adults learning disabilities and mental health services
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
* Be able to demonstrate success within client referrals, quality and compliance and recruitment within a residential setting
* Meet all the specific requirements outlined by CQC to register as a manager

In return, you will receive an initial salary of £30000, to be reviewed following set up and registration with CQC, generous annual leave allowance and other exciting benefits.
