I am working in partnership with an established domiciliary care provider to recruit a skilled, dynamic and committed registered manager to open and put their own stamp on brand new domiciliary branch in Staffordshire.
You will join a provider who is passionate about the quality of care they deliver and who truly focus on the needs of the people they support.
Your new branch will oversee care and support for adults within their own homes across the Staffordshire region.
You will be a hands-on manager who leads by example, can work autonomously and inspire their team to go the extra mile on a daily basis.
Recruitment, quality and compliance, staff training and the management of referrals will all form part of your management role.
You will be required to successfully register with CQC and it is essential you have flexibility to take part in the on call rota.
Although it may not be often, you will need to have flexibility to cover care calls in an emergency.

To be considered for this EXCITING role, you must:
* Demonstrate proven domiciliary care management experience
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Be flexible to share the on call rota and cover care calls as required
