BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for an adults supported living service covering a range of needs including Autism and Learning Disabilities within Northampton, Northamptonshire.

They offer a welcoming and homely environment to recover, and develop skills in order to have a better quality of life. Providing people with the right support, which assists them in developing coping techniques, which make a noticeable difference to their everyday lives.

About the ideal candidate; we are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager within a supported living setting. You will need have also have experience of managing a multi-site service. You will hold broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Autism and Learning Disabilities and hold a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative. You will have good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice.

In return; this role is a full time and permanent role working on average 37.5 hours per week over 4 weeks paying £27,500. You will also be offered a whole host of benefits which will be discussed on application.
