Employed on a full time basis, you will be required to split your time between the office and the field. You will be a visible, hands-on manager who knows their clients and their care requirements in depth.
You will manage a competent and settled staff team and inspire them to go the extra mile everyday.
Care and support planning, business development, staff scheduling and recruitment will all form part of your managerial role.
This is the perfect opportunity for an established and driven registered manager with extensive domiciliary care experience who is seeking their next role. You will have a stable job history and be able to demonstrate personal and professional success within the home care sector.
In addition, you will hold a relevant care management qualification, have exceptional CQC knowledge and experience and have strong commercial awareness.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, please good computer literacy are essential to be successful in this role.
