BS Social Care has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Manager for a Children`s Secure Residential Home based in St Helens.
The secure unit is a nationwide resource which provides secure facilities to young people aged 10-17. The primary function of the home is to provide a pathway for the young people who are in crisis to ensure they have a bright future ahead.
This is a brand-new role and will see the successful applicant overseeing the day to day operation of the home including the wellbeing and support of the young people and the development of staff.
You will have responsibility of the management of the overall home ensuring that they meet the compliances with the current and relevant regulations. You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of Ofsted and strong management and organisational skills.
You will have your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and at least 2 years` experience within residential childcare.
