We are recruiting for an experienced a Registered Manager, to lead and manage 2 supported living services in Catford and Lee working with adults with learning disabilities.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a supported living manager working full time. The right person will be working to create an environment where performance and quality standards for care and support are met.
What you will be doing:
¢ Ensuring the provision is enabling service users to lead independent and fulfilled lives.
¢ Monitoring and ensuring that the service is of high quality
¢ Working to build effective, outcome-based support plans
¢ Working with local authorities and industries
¢ Review meetings are held with service users and/or their advocates, families and Support Workers to come up with individual support plans and focus on outcomes
¢ Carry out quality audits and reports.
¢ Manage budgets for services and identify resources required to ensure service users receive a quality service that meets their needs
¢ Ensure that assessments are thorough and support plans are implemented.
¢ To encourage and help service user/s involvement in the planning, management of the services and recruitment and training of staff
The ideal person will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
¢ Clean DBS
¢ Registered manager (Essential)
¢ Experience working with adults with learning difficulties (Essential)
¢ 3years+ experience
¢ Live locally
