An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to oversee Supported Living services for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Working for an established organisation that provides specialist, person centred support and care to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism focusing on personal, social, emotional, physical and psychological benefits of active participation.
As Registered Manager your duties will include managing Team Leaders, being responsible for holding registration of the company, handling safeguarding, managing audits, and completing supervisions of staff.
We are looking for a professional, passionate, motivated and resilient individual with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload.
The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management, have experience of managing a Supported Living service and experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Full UK Driving License with access to a car is essential.
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday with a excellent salary of £32,000 plus exciting development and training opportunities.
