An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled, motivated and passionate manager who can demonstrate a proven background managing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, Acquired Brain Injury and other complex needs within their Worcestershire based services.

You will become part of a well respected, care focused and entrepreneurial provider who is committed to the delivery of high quality care and support, the promotion of independence and modern, person centred practices of care.

Employed on full time basis, you will lead a team of care staff in the provision of high quality person centred care. You will be responsible for increasing service recognition and ensuring that the service is compliant with both company an CQC guidelines.

Your duties will be varied and will also include, support planning, budget management, staff supervisions, appraisals and training. You will share the "on call" rota and have input in the growth and development of new services.

This is the perfect opportunity for an established manager who can demonstrate extensive knowledge, skills and experience within the supported living sector.

You will hold or be willing to work towards the QCF 5 in leadership and management for care services, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle and be willing to register with CQC as the registered manager.

Your extensive knowledge, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary up to £30000 per annum, generous annual leave allowance and on going training and development opportunities.
