An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Children`s Registered Manager to oversee a large residential service for young people within the Swansea area.

You will be working for a fantastic organisation who provide specialist schools and residential homes that offer education, care and in-house therapeutic support.

This is a chance for a strong, energetic leader to shape the future direction of this fantastic home. As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the home ensuring that all the children and young people are treated with concern, respect and integrity. You will ensure the highest quality of service is provided through promoting a culture that seamlessly aligns to the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework. You will manage and monitor the home as set out in the quality assurance policy ensuring that action plans are in place and are actioned as appropriate.

You will be a Manager who can use their own initiative, lead a team to greatness and use their skills to move the service forward. The ideal candidate will have experience in children`s residential care, including at least 2 years management experience. You will be working towards or hold a Level 5 in leadership and management.

In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary of up to £55,000 dependant on experience, opportunities for progression, personal development and additional bonus opportunities.
