An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage a Solo Residential Home for Young People.
As Registered Manager your responsibilities will include ensuring the Children and Young People receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will effectively manage rotas and supervisions for a team of 7 staff, manage budgets and finances and liaise with social workers, families and external support services.
You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports. This would also suit an experienced Deputy Manager wanting to progress.
You must have a Diploma Level 5 in leadership and management, hold previous experience as a Manager within a Children or Young People`s service and hold a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday with an excellent starting salary of between £30,000-£33,000 negotiable, dependant on experience plus opportunities for bonus and development.
