Are you looking for a exciting opportunity as a qualified registered nurse?

Our Clients aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals they accommodate. With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, they support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge.

They also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need. The home provides support for people with physical needs who require assistance and care. The homely and comfortable environment which has been finished to a high standard enables them to provide a person-centred approach to our care that can be tailored to the individual needs of the people they support.

The qualities and skills we look for:
" RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
" Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
" Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
" Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
" Excellent organisation & leadership skills
" Effective communication skills
" Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
" Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
