Job Description

BS Social Care is recruiting for a RGN or a RMN with clinical skills. Either can be experienced or newly qualified but must have had a role in the care home setting (for example a Support Worker, a Team Leader, a Deputy Manager and so forth).

About the employer; this employer is a setting with a fantastic and hard working management team wanting only the absolute best for their service users. We have the Owner who is a hands on and caring Owner, and then we have the Home Manager who has held this title for many years because she is simply the best! This home provides long stay nursing, Dementia and residential care, respite care and day care for up to 41 clients in total.

About the job; you will be the Night Nurse of the home and when on shift, you are will lead the team around you working hard to ensure all service users are receiving the best possible care. You will work closely with your staff to ensure that all tasks are in hand and that no matter what the need, your service users have exactly what they need. You will also be responsible in making sure your staff team are safe and looked after throughout the night. This home is half residential and half nursing so not all service users will need the same care.

About the ideal candidate; you must have a valid NMC pin, however, this can be either RGN or RMN. If you are a RMN, you must have exceptional clinical skills within a care home. If you are a newly qualified Nurse with care home experience this will also be accepted.

This is a full time and permanent role paying £34,320 working 4 nights per week; 7.30pm - 7.30am (alternate weekends). Benefits of this role are as follows;
