BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage a learning disabilities / Personality disorder Home. One of many homes of the 70 Homes they have which provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for individuals. This is a permanent and full-time role working. We are looking for strong candidates with sound CQC knowledge and experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Home Manager or Deputy that is looking for their next Management role.
My client operates a successful organisation that offers high levels of residential care to adults with learning disabilities and personality disorders.
This is an 8 bedded home that currently has a very stable and loyal staffing team. It is essential the successful candidate can keep the existing team motivated and maintain the success of this service.

You will have full responsibility for the home and the staff team and be responsible for the provision of care to the clients. You will be accountable to the Area Manager and will be responsible for operations within the home.
