Job description:

Working within the Registration Service to deliver registration in an efficient, robust and cost-effective way, the team are the first port of call for new and existing providers submitting registration applications to CQC. Individuals are required to switch flexibly (intraday and during the week) between a number of workstream types, which includes Notifications of Change, DBS Checking, Validation-only and full completion end-to-end of reduced risk applications. Application types vary, which therefore involves individuals having a thorough understanding of different regulatory application criteria. They work both individually and as a team to prioritise own and team workloads to ensure SLAs are met.

The team will ensure that all applications are correct and complete, using their knowledge of regulatory requirements to scrutinise application forms and supporting documents to ensure applications are ready for assessment.
