This role will be home working due to COVID-19.
As a member of the team, you will process health care entitlement applications received by email and post and work as a second line assessor for applications which cannot be managed within the contact centre.
You will examine and interpret confidential applications quickly, accurately, and fairly. We will make sure you have all the training you need to enable you to comply with agreed procedures, policy, and technical instructions.
If continuous improvement comes naturally to you and you can work quickly and flexibly, we will offer you the chance to work in a supportive team. Together you will move quickly between all Overseas Health care Services tasks and duties.
What are the hours?
- Excellent working hours, 37 hours per week (Full Time)
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends required

Please note that the role within the Overseas Healthcare Services Registration Team is a temporary position due to the seasonality of the work, but you will be offered the role on a multi-skilled basis which allows you the opportunity to move to a similar role within an alternative team or department at the end of your time with this team, pursuing your career within the NHS!
