Job Description

We are looking for a good Customer Service Administrator who has worked in a team based customer service environment to work on a one year fixed-term basis for one of our wider-public sector clients in the centre of Cardiff. You`ll be working in a fantastic environment, with some lovely colleagues right in the heart of Cardiff city centre.

There`s a generous annual leave entitlement of 31 days + 8 public holidays! Standard working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, however they do operate in a flexible environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for completing administrative tasks via the telephone, face to face and email. You`ll have the opportunity to speak with people throughout Wales and guide them through an administrative process. It is essential you are able to follow procedures and scrutinise and process data methodically and accurately.

The ideal candidate will be a Welsh speaker but this is not essential, have excellent administrative experience and great customer service skills.
