Job Description

We are looking for good Customer Service Administrators to work on a one year fixed-term basis for one of our wider-public sector clients in the centre of Cardiff. You`ll be working in a fantastic environment, with some lovely colleagues right in the heart of Cardiff city centre.

There`s a generous annual leave entitlement of 31 days + 8 public holidays! Standard working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, however they do operate in a flexible environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for completing administrative tasks via the telephone, face to face and email. You`ll have the opportunity to speak with people throughout Wales and guide them through an administrative process.

The ideal candidate will be a Welsh speaker but this is not essential, have excellent administrative experience and great customer service skills.
