My client is a Logistics Organisation responsible for the distribution of product across the UK. They are looking for a highly organised individual who is capable of prioritising workload, has strong IT skills, to be experienced in Excel.

Crucial to this position is the ability to maintain regular and effective dialogue with the customer at ALL times, ensuring they are notified of any incidents delays or problems which may affect the service provided to their customer timeously and accurately.

In addition to the above criteria, it is asked that you come to this application with experience of managing and motivating a team to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved.

As the business operates on a 24/7 basis and operates 7 days a week, once trained there will be some requirement to be on call and weekend cover.
