Remote Working - COVID19 Resolution Call Agent
We are working alongside a department within the NHS who are looking for multiple Call Agents on an on-going temporary basis. (Until the end of September with possibility of an extension)
This position is a REMOTE, working from home role only. Candidates would need to be able to commit to working between hours 7:00am-19:00pm, 8 hours a day, Monday-Sunday on a rotating shift pattern. (Full-time and Part-time available)
Overall Purpose
Responsible for responding to calls from the general public who require amendments to their COVID-19 Vaccine Status. Using a range of databases and web-based applications to investigate errors and make amendments.

All training will be given as well as all equipment will be supplied via client.
Location: Remote Working Only.
Working hours: Candidate would need to be able to work between 7:00am-19:00pm, 8 hours per day on a rating shift pattern)
Pay Rate as follows: - (Weekly Paid)
Day shift: £11.00 p/h
Night/Saturday Shift: £14.00 p/h
Sunday/Bank Holiday Shift: £18.00 p/h
