Salary £23,000pa + annual bonus pot equal to £3,000pa
Working Hours: Week 1 - 9am -5pm mon - fri
Week 2 - 1pm -8pm mon - fri & sat 9am -3pm

Do you have a confident telephone manner?
Do you have effective listening skills?
Handling inbound and outbound customer queries regarding an insurance policy that is due for renewal
Adhering to FCA and insurance regulations
Follow company renewals process to ensure all renewed polices meet the current customer demands
Use your effective questioning skills to complete a through fact find
Will require someone with a keen eye for detail
Liaise with underwriters and or insurers regarding non-standard risk
Will be able to easily build rapport with customers
Excellent listening skills
Will be able to spot discrepancy`s and act swiftly to resolve the issue
A target driven individual
Must have previous experience in an insurance related role or have dealt with customer retention
