The Role:
" Handling inbound and outbound customer queries regarding an insurance policy that is due for renewal
" Adhering to FCA and insurance regulations
" Follow company renewals process to ensure all renewed polices meet the current customer demands
" Use your effective questioning skills to complete a through fact find
" Will require someone with a keen eye for detail
" Liaise with underwriters and or insurers regarding non-standard risk
The Person:
" Will be able to easily build rapport with customers
" Excellent listening skills
" Will be able to spot discrepancy`s and acts swiftly to resolve the issue
" A target driven individual
" Must have previous experience in an insurance related role or have dealt with customer retention
