My public sector client based in Cosford, Wolverhampton is looking for a Reprographic Operator to support the Operation of all Reprographic and IT equipment. This is a temporary on-going assignment Monday to Friday paying £10.35, full time 37.50 hours a week.

The role will require you to be responsible for the reproduction of black and white and colour work and associated finishing. You will need to provide efficient use of all consumables used in meeting their customers' requirements for Digital Print Production.

You will be expected to take control of Supplier site stock. This will include the administration of Enabled Supplier Mini Depot of machine spares and the quality control of work produced on each machine. There will also be a requirement for job analysis and device calibration for the Digital press. This will include Branding Rules, Crown Copyright and correct presentation in accordance with relevant local standards.

Part of your role will be to keep daily, weekly and monthly statistics and maintaining running records as detailed by the Reprographics Manager. This also means maintaining stationary and printing consumables and liaising with Suppliers to request stock as required. You will also be required to arrange the call out of Supplier Engineers when there is a machine failure. General additional duties within the print room will include general Admin, Manual Handling tasks and Waste Disposal.
