Based in Basildon my client provides data,education and information on the NHS, Pharmaceutical and Life sciences industries.
In this role you will be working on various projects with accurate data based on high-quality research on a variety of health care topics.
You will love the collection and quality assurance of quantitative and qualitative information using Word Excel and Access
You will need a very confident telephone manner and really enjoy talking to people on the phone as your work will include both telephone and desk research. As well as this you will help with the end to end research process into potential market products, including quoting, scoping and analysing and distributing the data you have gained to ensure it meets the overall objective of the research task.
You need to be someone who is experienced in tracking changes and developing core data to keep up to date with changes ideally relating to the NHS and other UK Health care structures and then using this data to highlight key areas of interest to the business and report on them accordingly.
GDPR is a key influencer in this role so experience of working with confidential data would be hugely beneficial.
You should have experience in a telephone research role and you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working with, and providing insight from, a range of information and data sources.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with a sound knowledge of MS Products.
