Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a reservationist in the Warwick area. You will be required to work on a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, 42.5 hours per week. My client is looking for someone who is well presented, confident and professional. Training, meals and uniform will be provided to you. Salary is up to £18,000 per annum.

THE ROLE

- You will be looking after some of the most well-known reputable clients within the Global Business Community
- Handing reservations enquires by Phone, Email, Web Portals, Business Travel Agents and Online Booking Agents
- Dealing within individual & group bookings
- Ensuring a high conversion of enquiries to bookings by providing an informative and professional approach
- Preparing booking confirmations to the client and ensuring all special requests are passed to the property in advance of booking
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager
- Working to ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly and that all confirmations are set within ample time
- Making deposit and balance payments for booking
