Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a stunning 4 Star Hotel as a Reservations Co-ordinator, in the Tewkesbury area.
If you have previous experience working within a hotel reservations, reception or sales team, and are looking for the next step in your career, then look no further!

Based in Tewkesbury, the hotel has unrivalled views of the Gloucestershire countryside. The golf course surrounding the hotel grounds has breath-taking views of the Cotswolds, the Malvern hills and Cleeve hill. Successful applicants will have strong IT and administration skills, and be confident in their ability to deliver the highest level of customer service. Being the first contact for the guests, you must have excellent communication skills, both on the phone and face to face, along with a professional manner that showcases your personality.

Flexibility is a must, you will be working 8.5 hour shifts but this could vary -
8am-4pm 9am-5pm 10am-6pm

This is a full time, permanent position, and ideal candidates will have an understanding of how challenging, yet rewarding hospitality can be.

For all the above you will be offered a highly competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 and rewarded with meals on duty, uniform allowance and free use of leisure facilities.
