Job Description
Brook Street are working with a Leisure Hospitality Business to recruit a Reservations Manager to join an already established and successful team in the Scottish Highlands.
This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional to step outside of the traditional hospitality sector into a very exciting and fast paced role within Tourism.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic Reservations Manager who is passionate about hospitality. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient operation through prompt and an effective reservations service to achieve maximum revenue and a welcoming environment for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
" Manage all guest issues and ensure all queries are responded to.
" Build rapport with customers ensuring the pre arrival, arrival and check out run smoothly.
" Process payments and supervise billing arrangements
" Balance daily cash sheet
" Liaise with other departments
" Complete administrative duties
" Ensure reservation system is kept up to date
