Working for an established organisation rated `outstanding` by Ofsted, providing support to Children and Young People with emotional behavioural needs.

Your responsibilities will be assisting in the day to day functions of the home, providing emotional care and support to the young person and encourage their social and intellectual development.

This role will suit a dedicated and positive individual with excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and be able to use their own initiative.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar setting however not essential and happy to consider if you have the drive and want to care for children.

This is a full-time position with an excellent starting salary of £22,525 inclusive of your first 5 sleeps within the month, any additional sleeps at £76 per sleep in. Plus, exciting training and professional development available within and benefits.
