**RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE WORKER -Derby **
**£18,000 + benefits**
**MIT-1 PREVIOUS experience IN RESIDENTIAL CARE **
**MIT-LEVEL 3 CHILD CARE **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Residential children`s workers to work with children and young people with various needs.
You will be caring for children with learning disabilities and emotional difficulties being able to Teach them Life skills.
who are likely to exhibit challenging behaviour which requires a passionate person to support them in their daily routine. Ideally will have worked with children in a residential setting and have experience working with children who may present some challenging behaviour.

Ideal Candidate; Needs to be confident, creative and passionate and able to work in a team.

" To keep abreast of good practice in order to develop skills, knowledge and experience, in accordance with your personal development plan.

" To attend and make use of regular supervisions.

" To report to your Line Manager or other appropriate person, malpractice or evidence, which may suggest it using the whistleblowing, or safeguarding policy, informing senior managers and company officials as directed.

" To attend in-house and external training to develop skills, knowledge and experience.
