Role - Senior Residential Child Care Workers
Salary - £26,395 + up to £5,039.16 carrying out sleep in shifts (5 a month, rota basis)
Location - Gloucester
Starting date - ASAP

I am recruiting for Full Time Residential Child Care Workers and Senior Residential Child Care Workers, dynamic and enthusiastic team players to join in looking after children and young people from traumatic backgrounds.

Full time salary range is £21,320 at Entry Level, to £26,395 for experienced Senior Care Workers

In addition to the starting salary there is the opportunity to supplement your salary by up to £5,039.16 carrying out sleep in shifts. (Based on an average of 5 sleep in shifts per month)

Full UK Driving License is essential. Enhanced DBS certificate is required.

QCF L3 CYP Workforce qualified is desirable.

Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends. Some night shifts.

Experience:

Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

minimum NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
