Job Description

Experienced Young People Residential Support Workers Wanted ASAP!

This is for an established organisation which provides semi-independent living with high quality specialist care facilities for young adults aged 16-18. Their aim is to work in a person-centred way to ensure they meet the needs of each individual who they work with. As an organisation the aim is to provide the highest standards of accommodation and care.

You will provide activities and avenues for the social integration of their young people within the local community. Must provide comfort, safety and security for all the young people. Make sure care is achieved through a culture and environment which places the young person first. Also pride yourself on a Person-centred approach.


Must have experience in supporting Young men and women with Emotional Behavioural Disorder, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Youth Offending who have been in care and need or would benefit from continued support while they progress towards full independence.

To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
