Job title: Residential Conveyancer
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday- Friday
Location: Gloucestershire

My client is a highly respected and recognised Legal Firm that offer services within the equity release sector - providing independent, expert legal advice. Due to rapid growth and continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:

" Dealing with residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and bridging finance
" Managing a mixed case load, dealing with all legal matters
" Managing team of up to 3 and an active caseload of approx 200 files
" Committing to go above and beyond regarding the company's new and existing client base


Residential Conveyancer Skills and Experience:

" Minimum 2 years PQE
" Proven track record in volume conveyancing
" Exceptional client and customer service
" Strong Knowledge and experience of residential conveyancing:
-Freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
-Leasehold extensions
-Equity release (advantageous, but not essential)



The Residential Conveyancer position offers a highly competitive basic salary which is pending experience, plus additional company benefits.
