A well established client based in Lincoln is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their fantastic team.

There is excellent opportunity to progress and grow within the company for the successful candidate.

As an ideal candidate you will have dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing from start to finish dealing with all of but not limited to the below:

- Sales and purchases

- Mortgages

- Help to buy

- New leases

- Drafting of various deeds

The main focus you will have will be to build on and maintain existing client relationships.
