Brilliant opportunity to join an ever expanding company based in Southport - some work will be out of Liverpool.

Job Description

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor you will advise on the sales and purchases of the full range of residential properties, including houses and flats. You will also deal with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales, purchases and remortgage transactions together with managing purchases, site set ups and bespoke plot sales.

The ideal applicant must have 5 years plus as a residential Conveyancer.
Please note that the level of experience advertised is a guide only and will not exempt candidates with more or less experience from applying.
