Job Description

If you are an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Secretary and want to work for a firm where what you do is appreciated and recognised then look no further.

This is an existing team with recent business growth, they are looking for their next superstar to join their business. City centre location, Monday to Friday hours, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and most importantly a team who support one another.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative support
- Assist the conveyancing team by compiling, checking and summarising information gathered.
- Managing emails, faxes and telephone calls
- Answering ongoing queries from customers
- Requesting information from all parties

Candidates should be well presented, be able to communicate clearly both face to face and by telephone. They should have a good strong work ethic, with the desire to develop into the role. They should be pro-active with their approach to work. Capable of working to deadlines and good under pressure.
