We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our Residential Property team which prides itself on the quality of its service. This is a long- term temporary position to cover maternity leave and absence.
Reporting to the Head of Department, the job holder will provide a competent and efficient secretarial service to solicitors within the team. This includes client liaison, audio and copy typing, word processing, file opening, filing, time recording and completion of basic legal forms.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, together with fast and accurate keyboard and IT skills. You will be able to multitask, work well as part of a team and must have previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Secretary.
